Paypal Order Update

Dear Friends —

As many of you are already aware, I was hospitalized in mid-October owing to serious complications stemming from an old foot injury. Surgery was performed and no amputation was necessary; however, the latest word from our medical team is that I will require continued outpatient physical therapy services for several more weeks. As a consequence of my continued absence from the office due to on-going health issues, online purchases -- particularly those  processed through PayPal since April of this year -- are hopelessly backlogged.  We have been able to fill only a handful of orders placed since that time, and, after much prayerful consideration, have decided to suspend all online ordering here at the website indefinitely. 

That said, please be advised that if you paid for an online order through PayPal between April and November, 2019, and have not yet received your merchandise, we encourage you to contact PayPal at your very earliest opportunity and request a full refund.

Please accept our most heartfelt and deepest apologies for any confusion or inconvenience. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time, and humbly beg your forgiveness.
